Owner, President and Principle Broker (B.A., M.A., B.S.) established the firm in 1986. He is an Accountant who has a background working with the IRS and in Banking which gives him the ability to work with all clients readying their business for sale, as well as working with the accountants on both sides of the transaction when a business in headed to closing. He has an extensive background in business and negotiations and works very closely with attorneys on both sides of the transactions in a fair and just manner.

Marketing and Sales Manager. Prior to working with The Ronald Lawrence Group, Jeri Langman had been in the insurance/financial arena, giving her a well rounded wealth of business experience to draw from. In 1989 she joined RLG, as Administrative Assistant to the President, Jeri quickly rose to Marketing and Sales Manager, she oversees the training of business associates, design and the implementation of sales and marketing initiatives. She has advanced the technology and programming within the organization to provide the buyer and seller a continual flow of information to result in an efficient, smooth transition of a sale/purchase.

General Manager of the Gainesville, FL, office for The Ronald Lawrence Group. Arlene joined the firm in 1986 as a sales associate. Her superb business skills and her ability to deal with people quickly propelled her to General Manager. She has consistently remained one of the top business broker sales associates in Southern Florida. Prior to her move to Florida, she managed a large Real Estate firm in New York for twelve years. In addition, she was manager of one of the largest independent radio stations in the New York area for thirteen years.
Sr. Business Associate with the firm. Her background as a Financial Planner for a Fortune 500 entity brings her superior communication, negotiation and finance skills to our firm. These skills give her knowledge and ability to identify and qualify sellers and buyers in the business arena. She also brings to The Ronald Lawrence Group over 15 years of managing and marketing one of New York City’s most prominent commercial/advertising studios. Paula works closely with her clients, her understanding of their emotions and motivations enable her to effect successful transactions.
Gary Bloome is a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Florida for over 15 years. He is a forensic accountant with a concentration on business valuations for business sales, divorce and trust and estate purposes. He is a certified public accountant(CPA), certified by the ACFEI as a forensic accountant (CrFA), certified in Financial Forensics(CFF) by the AICPA, has an Accreditation in Business Valuation(ABV) by the AICPA and is a Florida licensed real estate associate.
